Arma council discusses proposed ordinances (The Morning Sun)

Safety and city pride were the driving forces behind two proposed ordinances discussed Monday night by the Arma City Council. Although they tabled both until a future meeting, the council discussed an ordinance banning propane tanks within Arma city limits and an ordinance banning the deposit of debris on city streets.
